Flyouts translation is not applied

I translated Flyouts.resw but my translation is not applied to 2.0.x.
I confirmed this on 2.0.43 from 2.0.1 (Yoga 5G arm64 23H2). On 1.8.1, these are surely translated.
Should I create a new Flyouts.resw?
