The Kanban board needs to be groomed regularly, somehow, to make sure that:

• all active work is accounted for in a dedicated GitHub issue

• all GitHub issues have Kanban cards

• all Kanban cards are under the correct column

• all cards (issues) have at least one assignee

• we know when the next grooming will happen, and who will be responsible for it.
