Reproduction steps

Slice any object with one wall like a cylinder. Have Outer Wall Wipe Distance turned on. Tested on 5.5.0 and 5.7.0-alpha-0

Actual results

Wipe goes back the way the extruder was moving.

Expected results

Wipe should go over the z seam in the direction of travel.

I have realized this is a duplicate of #15820 and a few others. They don't seem active however, nor merged into each other. Leaving open for now. Feel free to close or merge. Thanks. Also effects #15279
