I encounter a problem with the usage of scmplus. Indeed, in several cases, the final model reported in the folder scmplus_dir1>final_model is not the one obtained with the selection process.
I use PsN version 5.3.0 and NONMEM version 7.4.3.
Here is a concrete example.
I have a base model with two relations already included with BW on V and CL.
If I look at my error file, scm+ selected the RACE on V then the AGE on CL, the ALB on CL and finally the AGE on V.
However the model reported in the final model folder contains only the RACE on V and the AGE on CL.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Thank you for your help !
Kind regards,
Morgane
