Modify the log release process to post message to discord. Probably using webhook and json?

moo has put together a solution for this, but install has been delayed due to pending merges to Nova that may require her to rewrite.

She's encouraging install of current version anyway, as she does not expect the PR on Nova to be merged right away.

Extension system has been implemented in Nova, but requires further refinement to work with this feature. Currently waiting for Moo to have time to submit a PR against Nova to make this function possible as an extension. For now, ifttt still works, so will continue to wait. If ifttt breaks, can do the manual install option until the extension system is updated.
