Ron used Approval tab in old STNWeb to do bulk HWM approvals for IDA. He noticed that the approvals were missing when exporting the data as a CSV via FEV's 'Get Data'
I checked up on the HWM's approvals and each approval head been successfully created, but was missing the 'member_id' which caused it to show as 'missing'
I have been unable to reproduce this bug in TEST and PROD.
