Currently, it seems that date and run time are appended to the names of the output files, even when the user specifies a sample name using the -n option. Can you please provide a way to disable this?
I am trying to open genoflu output files with an automated pipeline, and since the date/time of the analysis cannot be predicted in advance, the name of the file to open cannot be encoded in advance!
