I believe this is not in the scope of this tool, and I feel like it's not even possible to do (do you attach a driver to the hub to explicitly block out ports on said hub? How would you even do that?).

Only ports on a USB root hub can be affected by this tool (and only those need to be port mapped on hackintoshes anyway -- won't your SD card slot also cause broken sleep issues on real Macs?)
