TunnlTo 0.1.6
WireSock 1.2.19.1
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install TunnlTo 0.1.6
  2. Update WireSock manually to a version newer than 1.2.17.1
  3. Run TunnlTo

Expected result:
TunnlTo works with a WireSock version newer than 1.2.17.1 or the update prompt says that TunnlTo requires a certain WireSock version

Actual result:
TunnlTo asks to update WireSock, even though I'm already using the latest version.
When trying to update, the installer says that a newer version is already installed.

Thanks for letting me know and the detailed description. I've put a new version up https://github.com/TunnlTo/desktop-app/releases/tag/v0.1.7 which should resolve the problem (that release is not signed yet but will probably be later this week).

The problem was the latest WireSock changed one of the registry keys that TunnlTo was using to inspect whether it had the latest version. I've removed the WireSock updater functionality in this release. Everyone should be updated to the latest required WireSock by now.
