server.js describe away to use aggr-server in broadcast mode, but there's no documentation about it.

  1. What's the current status of this feature ?
  2. Is it still in use ?
  3. What's a typical user case ?
  4. Is it still useful in the current state?

Shall we write some documentation about it?
