After restarting Quiet while joining, user should return to progress screen

If you are joining a community and close Quiet during the joining process. When you restart Quiet it gets stuck on the Quiet logo. Instead, the user should probably return to the loading/progress screen

Ok, so actually it doesn't appear to be stuck. I think the issue is that when you quit and then open the app again, it doesn't show the progress bar anymore, just the Quiet logo. Because joining can be relatively slow (#1903), it can feel like it is stuck. So perhaps, what we want to do is always show the progress bar if things are in progress.

#1903 shouldn't affect returning users though. For returning users app restart should be fast and should not depend on the network at all.

What kind of delay are you seeing?

I think the affect is if you close the app while joining a community. If you quit before you've fully connected to other peers over Tor, then when you start the application again, it seems to continue doing what it was doing before, just without any loading screen, only a quiet logo. So the delay appears to be the same delay as in #1903, just without any loading screen. At least this is how it looks to me, what do you think?

Ah, now I understand. Then yes, if you quit while joining, you should see progress on restart.

If that's what we think the issue is, I propose renaming this issue to "User should see joining progress after restart", or creating a new one.

Also I'm going to move it from the current Sprint, since our current belief is that this is issue not indicative of some deeper unknown bug, and it only comes up in a specific case.
