you should check the messages on the response, there are a list of warning messages, one of then is "An internal processing error occurred." and it is possible to check the response that FOP was not saved. So the AirTicketing is answering with that message correctly. Also, you should retrieve PNR before to call AirTicketing, it is not on you logs.
