More intuitive sorting of tag keys in the add/edit select menu

Current behavior

The current order of tag keys you can select from the drop-down menu in the tag create/edit dialog is:

1. Ticket (Ticket)
2. Rolle (Role)
3. Fahrgastrechte (Passenger rights)
4. Baureihe (Locomotive class)
5. Reiseklasse (Travel class)
6. Sitzplatz (Seat)
7. Wagen (Carriage)
8. Wagengattung (Wagon class)
9. Fahrzeugnummer (Vehicle number)

I wondered what the system behind this order could be since it is not alphabetical, not even by the original (English) names, and it is not grouped by topic or purpose such as "Train/Vehicle", "Personal Data", "Booking", etc.

Desired behavior

A simple improvement would be to sort the tag key select options alphabetically in the currently active language so you can at least estimate how far down your eyes need to focus.

My preferred tag sorting system would be a) to group tags by topic as mentioned above and then b) to go from train/vehicle stats to personal data to booking / money related tags.

The final order that would feel the most intuitive to me, personally, would be:

1. Baureihe (Locomotive class)
2. Fahrzeugnummer (Vehicle number)
3. Wagengattung (Wagon class)
4. Reiseklasse (Travel class)
5. Wagen (Carriage)
6. Sitzplatz (Seat)
7. Rolle (Role)
8. Ticket (Ticket)
9. Fahrgastrechte (Passenger rights)
