Users are confused about the disappearance or deduction of points in their profiles, despite all other information (such as distance and duration) remaining intact. They are seeking assistance in understanding why this is happening and if there is a way to recover the lost points.

We need to provide clear and concise information in the FAQ section regarding the points system in the user profiles. We should clarify that points in the profile represent the sum of points earned through check-ins in the last 7 days.

Maybe implementing a system that allows users to track the history of their points and understand the factors that contribute to deductions.

I once wanted to implement a swarm-like "checkin success modal" to accurately list all factors that go into point calculation. With the possibility to show the points you got and the points you would've got with a remark, why you didn't get them.

Maybe this could be a direction we want to go?
