Rating popup on first synch

Expected Behaviour

We would like to have a popup asking the user to rate the app in their respective stores (AppStore or Google Play in order to have a better raking in the app stores

Example :

• The pop up should appear after the user has completed his first synch (ever).
• We do not want the user to be distracted after a result, so let's keep it after a synch
• Wording to use :

This is concept design. We can't do that atm. The only thing we can do is the before version of:
