User having to login on each launch of the app

Expected Behaviour

Once logged in, the user should never log out unless he specifically uses the log out button

Actual Behaviour

A user (non Facebook) on an iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.3 gets logged out at each app launch. He already tried killing the app and relaunching.

Quite the same on Android where login is again required around each 2 or 3 starts of the app.

We only support one device in with the "remember me" option. So, if you log from on device, itll unlog all your other devices. This isnt intended as a feature and it is rather annoying... Could that this is the same behavior?

No, the website souldn't be impacting the remember me of other devices. But from iPhone A to iPhone B to Andoid A, you' ll get unlogged each time.
