Atomic clock speedings after switching back and forth

Expected Behaviour

The "Time" screen should not be perturbed whenever user switches from one app to another

Actual Behaviour

The accurate watch built in the app speeds up dramatically every time we switch to another open app and then back. After a couple of switches the minute will be covered in 40 seconds or less.
