Hi!
I forked gnode to create tnode, a wrapper around node to strip flow type annotations. It wasn't much effort after I figured out how your module works. There is probably room here to make this into a general library. Either way it works really well.

I've been thinking in this direction lately too. It would be great, in particular, if gnode (or some general tool similar to gnode) kept a disk cache of previously compiled files, so that incremental rebuilds could be done more cheaply.

@benjamn
I'm using the following https://github.com/sebmck/roadrunner to reload with nodemon/node/gnode much faster with 6to5.

AFAIK, this isn't really documented, and I found this from lurking issue pages.
