使用hanlp 1.3.1的字典，运行demo中的简繁转换部分时报错：
No such file or directory: '/hanlp-1.3.1-release/data/dictionary/tc/TraditionalChinese.txt'

对应文件下只有以下文件：
s2t.txt t2hk.txt t2s.txt t2tw.txt
