[Suggestion] add server console commands for dumping information

Hi,

i think it would be a great addition to this mod if you could add some
server console commands which enable server admins to dump the different files which
NEIintegration can give us.
This helps with client crashing situations which would make dumping them from the menu
very hard to impossible
