Add examples to the Summary of Tools table

In the Examples column of the Summary of Tools table, add links to publicly available examples of introductory systems models and token engineering models for the tools.

Links should be embedded in markdown tags, for example:
(in an external repository)

Examples must include instructions on how to install the files (either in the repo or in the file), how to interact with the content, and should include suggestions for adjusting input values and observing changes in output.
