segfault in some threads as stack space too small

Hi, we are hitting problems in lazylibrarian with requests in a thread causing segfaults. Seems to be a known issue with the stack size in musl used in alpine 3.6
docker-library/python#211
The problem is apparently fixed in alpine 3.7, any chance you could rebase this on 3.7?
