The issue to be addressed would be either

  • the enterprise uses one of the cloud vendors registries exclusively so can we offer support to users of the orb for that
  • wehre the targetn environment is private hosted runners may want to pull from the cloud vendor registry for performance reasons

But in general, what is fhte orb could support writing to this location and even, writing simultaneously to multiple regions to support that performance level
