Navigation Card

We need to build controls which allow the crew to choose what their destination will be. It's based on this discussion: #321

Here's the gist of what needs to be done:

• Navigation Card - Display a 2d/3d starmap that allows the player to browse interstellar and solar system space #382
• Navigation Card - Include a button to immediately center the view on the player's ship #386
• Navigation Card - Make it possible to choose an object and add a waypoint to that object. #387
• Navigation Card - Make it possible to search for solar systems, planets, moons, and static ships (like space stations) #388
• Navigation Card - Show a list of the current waypoints, make it possible to remove waypoints from the list. #389

Almost all of this can be done in frontend code, other than a handful of NetRequest functions. Try to reuse the existing Starmap components as much as possible, refactoring them as needed to include only the functionality that this card needs while maintaining existing functionality for the Starmap Plugin editor and the Flight Director starmap.
