ONLY CuraEngine.exe with Bugfixes

This is JUST the CuraEngine.exe!
NOT A FULL CURA INSTALLATION! DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU KNOW WHY!
You should be able to just paste the content of this zip into your Cura xmas alpha installation, replacing CuraEngine.exe and it should work.

Changes:

• Fixed Tree Support Initial Layer Diameter not working when Tree Support Rest Preference is On any flat surface
• Fixed incorrect tip placement when support pattern is ZigZag or Gyroid
• Potential Fix for Floating islands of support inside of branches.
• Fixes slicing not finishing sometimes when Limit Branch Range is active
