How to completely uninstall the integration?

I made a mistake in the configuration and I can't find the configuration process. Despite the uninstallation in HACS of the integration and deletion of the folder in config/custom_components, when I re-download it and re-install it via "Add an Integration", I directly get the message:

"Open the site

This step requires the visit of an external website to be completed."

Do you know how to start from scratch?
