How to Earn the Galaxy Brain Badge
Some people believe that earning the Galaxy Brain badge is not possible, but that’s not true. You can earn the Galaxy Brain badge by answering a question in a repository’s discussion Q&A, provided your answer is marked by the repository owner. Note that only one answer can be marked per discussion.
Steps to Earn the Galaxy Brain Badge
Always earn badges legally: Creating fake repositories or using fake profiles is not ethical.
Provide a marked answer in a discussion Q&A: Go to the discussion section of a repository and answer a question.
Get your answer marked: The repository owner must mark your answer for you to earn the badge.
Note: Only one answer per discussion can be marked, so choose your answers wisely.
Example
I will use my repository to demonstrate this. Remember to always answer in the Q&A section: DeepFace-Recognition Discussions.
I have created two Q&A discussions. If a user answers both of them, and I, as the repository owner, mark their answers in both discussions, that user will receive the Galaxy Brain badge on their profile. This demonstrates that by answering questions and getting them marked, you can earn the badge.
