Create mongodb adapter

Create adapter for mongo db to return databases and collections info.

So it will be available in continue dev @database context.

@rootedbox @DifferentialityDevelopment I can pick this up, but I need to know that you are fine with it, and we can add that into continue.dev later.

All good from my side, @database context has been broken for a while in continue.dev for me atleast
Been too busy to look into it properly.
But the process of adding it @database context is basically just add it here in dbinfoz package and then just a few changes are neccessary on continue.dev side to make use of it.
