Simplify the template for bookdown production
Use https://github.com/statnmap/GitLab-Pages-Deploy
Add messages to tell to create project env variable PROJECT_ACCESS_TOKEN
Add message to tell to set multiple sites with

variables:
  SITE_BY_BRANCH: "TRUE"
