note: I would recommend using github submodule to include EigenLite to keep things simple and easy to update.
by default this will build for your native architecture, you can change this by setting CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES
e.g.
cmake .. -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=x86_64
cmake .. -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=arm64
note: subsequent cmake commands will use the architecture specified.
note: you can verify architecture is correct (on executables/shared libs) using file command
