Docker configuration file not found (settings.json)

Describe the bug

Docker Destop configuration file cannot be found because the name of the configuration file changed to settings-store.json from Docker Desktop versions later than 4.34

It's also give me the error : Bind volume from .../imgsync/spawn.sh is not possible, Docker Desktop configuration is incorrect.
But the path expected path is well added in the file sharing resources of the Docker Desktop.

I tried to copy the file settings-store.json -> settings.json but the following error is always present :

Install a older version of Docker Desktop

Confirmed working with Docker Desktop 4.22.0 (old version dl links here: https://gist.github.com/kupietools/2f9f085228d765da579f0f0702bec33c)

But that's not a good fix long term.
