Add testing suite for repository

Add testing suite. Help ensure that the boilerplate out of the box works, etc.

We've modified this boilerplate for one project to support two outputs as modules. This broke tests. We need to be cognisant of multiple outputs and how tests will work.

That being said, Karma Chai or Protractor could still be great options. They're easy to set up and use.
