Transaction Filter report: allow user to select just positive, negative or all/absolute [as now/default] numbers as well as the amount range

A useful request (driven by a user problem). There is no way to report on deposits across multiple accounts. The nearest is the txn filter report, but you cannot filter just positive numbers, just a range. Could the txn filter report have an extra option to select just negative or positive numbers (when using the amount range). The default should be as now (ie absolute number range).
