Description

Using TheHive as SIRP, you may want to use another system of end-user communication, which could be RT (https://bestpractical.com/request-tracker).

This responder should make it possible to open tickets from The Hive in RT, with submitting the TheHive Case ID to a Custom Field in RT for reference.

Please share your ideas on what else to include.
