Creating a tracker below for the blocks that need adding/updating for Meshswapping. This is about the assets themselves, and not addressing the fixes needed for correct rotation/placements
Top priority blocks to add (light emitting):
Soul fire lantern
Soul file
Soul torch
Conduit
End rod. Might try to implement with lamp placement over full meshswap
Beacon
Blast furnace, normal furnace, and smoker (when lit)
Shroomlight
Underwater pickles? Might implement as just a point lamp addition with no mesh removal
Magma block (make the lava parts recede)
underwater torch/colored torches
Lower priority (3D blocks):
Rigged bells (tricky with the different orientations)
Composter
Fletching table
Stonecutter
Other flower types (poppy, spruce sapling, nether wart)
Other double tall flowers (double fern, rose_bush, lilac, peony)
