When reaching the cage where [Messner] should be to finish quest [In Search of Bravo Company], the cage is empty :(
Current behaviour:
When reaching the cage where [Messner] should be to finish quest [In Search of Bravo Company], he is not there. Quest chain broken.
Expected behaviour:
In the cage should be [Messner] to finish the quest.
