Quest ID 9542 broken [Totem of Vark]

Description:

Quest 9542 [Totem of Vark] cannot be completed.

Current behaviour:

[Stillpine Ancestor Yor], on becoming a panther, he stays still and does not run to the furbolg encampment.

Expected behaviour:

[Stillpine Ancestor Yor] should run to the "Bristlelimb Village".

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Accept the quest.
2. Wait for the NPC to get out the water and transform a panther.
