Description:
Pet pauses movement if the owner is moving and stopping

Current behaviour:
After issuing a COMMAND_FOLLOW and after the pet starts moving if you move and stop your pet will also stop.

Expected behaviour:
After issuing a COMMAND_FOLLOW action the pet should start moving and not stop when the owner moves and stops.

I've also tested this on WoTLK Classic and while I was moving the pet only stopped after it was in my melee range.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Summon a pet and use move to on a location.
  2. Get far away from your pet.
  3. Use COMMAND_FOLLOW.
  4. When your pet starts moving move forward and then stop
  5. Observe how your pet also stops.
