Working layers for the window

Now are windowlayers working 👍🏼

We can finally close the Window xD

Yap, it is the same as befor, BUT we can close the window now :)

Working Window

This is the first Alpha of Titan
This includes a logging-system using spdlog, a simple window using glfw3, precompiled headers and an eventsystem
