Homomorphic regularization is likely to not improve the accuracy of models but it is very likely to provide an improvement in robustness.

We should analyse the usefulness of this regularization as a method of protection against attacks, one which gives us direct control between the compromise between robustness and accuracy with the factor we use on the loss.
