Hi, I am trying to reproduce the result from your paper.
Neither by following the instructions of training PALM-H3 on the seq2seq task nor using the provided model weights yielded the same artificial antibody from the paper. Would you please provide more details on how to reproduce the specific CDRH3 sequence mentioned in the paper?
