Subscriptions feed considers upcoming streams "new" on every refresh

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Be subscribed to a chennel with an upcoming stream;
2. Go to the subscription feed (What's New);
3. Refresh multiple times.

Expected behavior

NewPipe will say "New Feed Items" only on the first refresh.

Actual behavior

NewPipe will say "New Feed Items" on every single refresh.
