Language and localization issues on many videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to this youtube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jmwk4ufcdyE
Play it on newpipe.

Expected behavior

The video should play as normal in English on newpipe

Actual behavior

The spanish(I think it is spanish I might be wrong) version plays on Newpipe without the ability to change it to English

Could not get screen Recordings to record audio from the device so I have attached video recordings of the phone.

Motorola g60 (but found on other devices too)

Additional information

Mobile device is not in a country where the language Newpipe plays is not spoken so it can't be some sort of geolocation/IP issue.
