Incompatibility with JinRyuu's Core Mod

Ello!
Just noticed this issue here:

When you are going to create a character, you can pick it's base and detail colors. As soon you click one of the colors to change, the game just freezes. No crash logs, nothing on console. Just freezing.

Forge: 1614 and 1448, both freezes
Minecraft: 1.7.10
Java 8 (jre1.8.0_271)

How to reproduce:
1-Once you start a new map, you press the default key V, to open the character menu. Just click one of the colours like in the picture shown in the first post and your mine should freeze.
