Typesetting a document with the various automation tools (e.g., llmk, l3build, etc.), the "Errors, warnings, badboxes" tab displays the various information cumulatively. Therefore, notices related to cross-references, index, bibliography, etc. remain visible.

I think it would be appropriate to provide a mechanism for deletion of information at each TeX engine rerun.
