Issues running tsr on windows

(added a console.log(process.argv))

interestingly enough it doesn't seem to be passed the generate command.

guessing this isn't a tanstack issue but something related to my machine setup.

aha, seemed to be related to .js file association being wrong somehow.

also seems that npm i installs a very old verison of routes-cli
