Windows SMTC does not have a working Stop media key #1363

Linux has Stop working, but Windows does not, other keys seem to work fine on Windows.

Stop seems implemented in SMTC, unsure why it doesn't work, maybe it's wrong.

EDIT: I've made a debug build to send key states from SMTC and the one with ID 5 for Stop never gets sent, so SMTC is not sending this to Tauon at all - https://github.com/C0rn3j/Tauon/actions/runs/12529512916
