Filtering Album Ratings

Currently Tauon supports filtering track ratings, but the same functionality for albums has not been implemented.

As an example, if an user wants to create a playlist with albums rated more than 3 stars it would be ideal to use: s"My Library" rata>3 in the Edit Generator, but the "rata" keyword only works when sorting playlists. It would be nice to also have such option for filtering albums.
