Links to ballot entry forms are inconsistent

From what I can tell:

• Links to new/existing ballots from the results page go to the old interface
• Links to new/existing ballots from another ballot page go to the new interface
• This is true in both BP and 3 vs 3 formats

At least one of these is probably an oversight.

Hi, I'm new to reporting bugs on GitHub. Has there been any progress on this one? Last week, I encountered this bug in Calico. The tournament was a 3v3 WSDC, and it only occurred in round 3. None of the ballots could be saved, neither by the judges nor the tab team. We ended up adding every ballot to the database, speaker by speaker.

The only odd thing I noticed was that someone changed the debate rules from Australs to WSDC, and adjusted the speaker point minimum and maximum before the first round.
