Next Word (Ctrl + RightArrow) conflicts with Mission Control on OSX (vscode extension)

It's currently not possible to change this in the VSCode extension.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It should be Cmd + Right Arrow in macOS. I will fix it in the next release.

As a workaround, you can change the keyboard shortcut by following these steps:

1. Open the keyboard shortcuts editor by finding Preferences: Open Keyboard Shortcuts in the command palette, or by pressing Cmd K + Cmd S.
2. Search for Tabby and edit the shortcut of the command tabby.inlineCompletion.acceptNextWord.
